King Thermostats: 1-Year to 3-Year limited product warranty, depending on the specific model

The warranties herein set forth are in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, and shall not apply to any accessory not part of the product. King Electrical Mfg. Company will repair or replace, without charge to the original owner, any product found to be defective or malfunctioning within the warranty period.

Warranty does not apply to damage from accidents, misuse, alteration, or if connected to voltage 5 percent above the nameplate voltage, or to equipment improperly installed, wired, or maintained in violation of the instruction manual. All warranty items FOB: King Electric.

  • King Electric will not be responsible for any incurred labor charges.

What Do I Need to Receive a Valid Product Limited Warranty?

All thermostats by King must have been purchased from an authorized distributor in order to be covered by the Product Warranty. After your cove heater is installed, you must complete the online warranty registration form within 30 days from the date of installation.

How Do I Make a Warranty Claim?

Thermostats by King are tested rigorously to ensure they are free of errors. In the exceptional case that a repair is needed – We’ve made it as easy as possible.
